Heather joins the team with over 25 years of HR experience. Coming from a family of musicians, she entered the business world after graduating from Ohio University and fell in love with HR.
Heather has worked in a variety of industries, most recently at a national payroll company consulting with clients on everything from compliance to employee relations to benefits. She prides herself on building trusted partnerships, providing excellent customer service and effectively solving problems. Always eager to learn, Heather enjoys the continuing education required to maintain her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

When not actively engaged with clients, Heather enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. As a native Cincinnatian, she loves exploring new parts of town and supporting locally owned restaurants and businesses.
